11/04/2008 - VITTEL BECOMES ONE OF THE 4 MAJOR PARTNERS OF THE TOUR DE FRANCE
Nestlé Waters annouces the return of Vittel as Partner of the Club Tour de France. Vittel will thus replace Nestlé Aquarel, the official water of the Tour de France since 2001.

04/09/2007 - SWITZERLAND : NESTLE TO ACQUIRE HENNIEZ
An agreement has been signed between Nestlé and the Rouge family, the majority shareholder of Sources Minérales Henniez, on the acquisition by Nestlé of 61.66% of the company for CHF 3,000 per share. In addition to the shares held by the Rouge family, Nestlé will make a public offer for the rest of the shares.

12/06/2007 - DENIS CANS BECOMES HEAD OF NESTLE WATERS FRANCE/BELGIUM
Denis Cans, 56 years old, will succeed Richard Girardot as President of Nestlé Waters France.  He will take up his position from the 1st of July 2007 and will become a member of the Nestlé Waters Group’s Executive Committee.
